As a Benefit & Systems Administrator you will be a key member of the team supporting administration activities and providing an important support link between Service providers and Offshore Crew worldwide.

What will you be doing?

Undertake administrative and reporting tasks to support our range of benefits.
Assist with the Annual Flexible Benefit Enrolment process.
Provide valuable support and guidance to Crew queries through to resolution.
Support and assist with the reconciliation of benefit provider invoicing.
Gain a good understanding of the benefits on offer to further support engagement and benefit promotion.
Undertake Cleansing and Monitoring of data quality across the systems.
Support a range of HRIS systems within the wider team.

What experience would we like you to have?

Good all-round administration and organisational skills with great attention to detail.
Ability to coordinate and prioritise tasks efficiently with ability to multitask.
Ability to work autonomously and as part of the wider team.
Ability to listen, build rapport and develop credibility as a trusted Administrator, working collaboratively with cross-function global teams, stakeholders, and service providers.
Experience of supporting an offshore and international crew would be advantageous.
SAP and Excel knowledge advantageous.
