Swire Pacific Social Media Support Jobs – Work From Home
Swire Pacific is seeking to hire a full-time Social Media Specialist to join the team at our Hilliard, OH facility. The Social Media Specialist is responsible for helping implement Mayco’s marketing strategy, including content creation and social media. This role offers the potential of a flexible, onsite work schedule of 40 hours per week. This position will report to the Marketing Director.

Duties/Responsibilities:
Maintain all company social media accounts with up-to-date campaign information; familiar with photography, video and reel production for social media purposes.
Participate in the creation, production, and implementation of Company’s marketing collateral, including website, email campaigns, advertising, and social media graphics.
Stay current on social trends and translate them into appropriate Mayco programs.
Track social analytics and identify areas to optimize online marketing performance.
Ensure high quality graphic and web standards maintain brand consistency
Write clear, persuasive, and original copy that aligns with the company’s brand and market goals.
Edit and proofread copy to ensure it is free of errors and maintains a consistent tone and style.
Assist in product photography, video and print collateral.
Complete other projects and initiatives as directed or assigned.

Required Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in marketing, design or related discipline.
2+ years of work experience in marketing and graphic design role.
Experienced and comfortable with a variety of social media platforms.
Experience with Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Premiere Pro, InDesign, Illustrator).
Experience with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Portfolio of relevant previous projects.

Excellent project management/organizational skills with the ability to effectively prioritize.

Ability to work cross-functionally with internal teams as well as interfacing with external customers.
Familiarity with ceramics is a plus.
