Experience or knowledge of the following would be advantageous:
Proven experience in customer service or in a similar role
Proficient in Google Workspace
Experience working with/for the NHS
Your responsibilities will include:
Provide support for multiple active projects within the installations team
Provide regular communication, support and project staus reports to customers via email and telephone with professionalism
Data entry and management of various spreadsheets
Setting up and configuring user domains
Ordering equipment for projects
Ultra Electronics Work From Home Jobs (Part Time)
This role will be based from your home, but being able to travel to Bradford for induction, training, and meetings would be advantageous. Equipment can be provided. Company meetings and social events are held in different locations around the country.
37.5 hours per week. We are looking for the right candidate to fill this role, so we would consider a minimum of 20 hours per week.
Initial 6-month contract.
