Key Responsibilities:
The Senior Staff Representative, Instructional Designer position is responsible for designing and developing learning interventions using learner-centric design methodologies within a diverse footprint of the organization.
Provide consultative guidance and recommendations using a learner-centric design philosophy.
Facilitate sessions with subject matter experts to ensure the accuracy of course content and best course format.
Design and develop learning outputs that include multiple modalities, such as eLearning, instructor-led training, virtual training, and blended learning.
Design and develop learning assets for in-class and post-class use. This includes (but not limited to) facilitator guides, visual decks, videos, and learner resources.
Design and develop evaluation instruments to measure and report the efficiency of training.
Conduct train-the-trainer sessions with facilitators.
Work independently and on teams with other designers and facilitators to design materials.
Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications
What’s needed to succeed (Minimum Qualifications):
BA/BS degree in Education or equivalent work experience.
3+ years of learning design and development experience.
Proficient in Microsoft Office, Cornerstone On Demand, Articulate 360, and creative design applications (such as Adobe suite, Camtasia, SnagIt) to produce training curricula.
Strong organizational and project management skills with ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
Strong communication and decision making skills.
Consultative. Reviews data and recommends improvements.
Creative and solution oriented. Flexible in an ambiguous environment.
Up to 20% travel
Must be legally authorized to work in the United States for any employer without sponsorship.
Successful completion of interview required to meet job qualification.
Reliable, punctual attendance is a crucial function of the position.
