Primary Responsibilities:
Candidates applying for this position must have 5+ years of combined experience in finance and/or financial systems, and extensive knowledge of FP&A or a similar role. Candidates must be self-starter with a solid work ethics with solid F&A background. Candidates should possess the following skills:
Focuses on performing cost savings tracking, reporting and analysis and supports all of Optum Insight Finance team
Provides direct support to Exp Analytics vertical leads and works closely with core Cost & Productivity Ops team
Requires the ability to partner with multiple stakeholders to create and maintain cost savings reporting and analysis that are built into our forecasts and leadership cost savings materials
This is a high visibility role since cost savings is a large focus for OI and meeting our IOI targets and will interact/partner with EA and Operations leads
Creating and maintaining new reporting to track cost savings, set cost saving targets, and update cost savings presentations
Oversight of New Sales model which updates forecast for expected new sales and associated expense and works closely withe Revenue Analytics team
Preparation & submission of Annual Budget and associated Forecasts (2+10, 5+7, 8+4 & 10+2)
Prepare, gather, assembles and format data and prepare preliminary analysis for the Budgeting and Forecasting process
Roll-out the final budget/forecast to Business & update the forecast numbers in Hyperion/SmartView
Analyzes complex financial data and summarize results and recommendations to management for decision making purpose
Drives standardization and process improvement and contribute towards adding value to the business partners

Required Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in commerce and/or Advanced Finance or MBA or equivalent qualification in Finance, work experience in Financial analysis and modeling
Demonstrates business-specific knowledge of formal budget/ financial planning processes
Solid MS Office (Excel and PowerPoint) modeling, analytics and communication skills
Proficient with MS Office tools especially Advanced Excel and MS Access. Knowledge of PPM Optics, MPWR & Hyperion Smartview/Essbase Financial tools
Proven high energy and a desire to thrive in a fast – paced organization
Proven excellent analytical and data analysis skills
Proven ability to focus on achieving project deliverables within tight timelines
Proven to be highly organized and Ability to manage the details as well as the big picture
Proven solid communication skills: demonstrates ability to work within a team structure
Proven solid work ethics with a positive, can-do attitude and sense of urgency/priority
Preferred Qualification:
Working experience on Data visualization tools i.e. PowerBI and Tableau
