Regarding the Job:
Our next Enterprise Business Development Representative is needed at CaptivateIQ! You will be a part of a group that has already proven to be one of the most important go-to-market drivers behind CIQ’s enormous growth over the past three years.
We will teach you how to research, prospect, cold call, write, educate, handle objections, and qualify to excel as a BDR now and in a full-sales cycle closing role in the future. In return, you’ll get help and training to manage the entire pipeline development process, from identifying accounts to creating opportunities.
Only individuals who are ambitious, disciplined, tenacious, resilient, humble, competitive, insatiably curious, and able to coach others in the art and science of sales will be successful in this position. We have a long tradition of hiring people with little to no experience and helping them break records and become internal leaders.
Half and half assumption: In our downtown Austin office, three days per week.
Responsibilities:
Secure top to bottom information on your possibilities (contacts and their organizations) through research that will illuminate your effort technique with significance and narrating
Produce a certified pipeline imaginatively to break into target accounts with cold pitching, customized messaging, and LinkedIn prospecting
Unhesitatingly draw in with Chief to C-Level possibilities to reveal important trouble spots and make interest in CaptivateIQ’s foundation
Address CaptivateIQ both socially and as an educated authority by plainly articulating our incentive and differentiators
Necessities:
SDR/BDR experience greater than one year Bachelor’s degree with strong academic performance and leadership skills Technical Skills:
