About the Role!

Nectar is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Amazon Brand Manager to join our team. Our Success Management department focuses on guiding partners through their e-commerce journey. In this role, you will support the Senior Amazon Brand Manager by directing clients through the onboarding process, managing their catalog on Amazon, conducting status calls, coordinating with the advertising, SEO, copy, and graphic design teams, and generally spearheading the growth of our client’s businesses on Amazon. To be successful in this role, you’ll need to be adaptable, self-sufficient, and diplomatic.

You must have experience working on Amazon seller or Vendor accounts. Your application will not be considered if you do not have experience working in seller or vendor central accounts.

This is a full-time, remote position.

 

 

Responsibilities:

  • Assist the Senior Amazon Brand Manager in communicating with clients about deliverables.
  • Support coordination with copy, advertising, and graphic design departments to launch new clients and new products for existing clients.
  • Participate in bi-weekly status calls and prepare written status reports.
  • Track sales metrics to identify optimizations to ensure that clients meet sales goals.
  • Assist in conducting regular audits of accounts to identify areas of improvement to task to different teams.
  • Regularly review customer feedback and communicate with team members for product development needs.
  • Support internal teams with the execution of marketing campaigns, ensuring alignment with client goals and timelines.
  • Communicate with clients to provide updates, gather feedback, and address any concerns or issues.
  • Provides day-to-day coordination of account activities from beginning to end under the supervision of the Senior Success Manager.
  • Enjoy problem-solving by identifying your customer’s needs, mapping solutions to address gaps, and articulating the value of proposed solutions.

 

 

Qualifications:

  • Experience with seller central or vendor central.
  • Strong interpersonal skills.
  • Maintains excellent writing and language skills.
  • Ability to work independently while following overall management strategy.
  • Tech savvy (proficient in Microsoft Office applications.)
  • Ability to adapt and respond to multiple incoming requests and shifting priorities.
  • Laptop, personal workspace, and internet connection.

 

Salary Range:

  • $60,000 – $70,000
