3. Handles undeliverable mail as per laid out techniques.

4. Conveys mail along an endorsed course, by walking or by vehicle, on a normal timetable, getting extra mail from transfer boxes depending on the situation. Gathers mail from road letter boxes and acknowledges letters from mailing from clients; on specific courses might convey mail that comprises solely of package post, or the assortment of mail.

5. Involves compact electronic scanner as trained.

6. Conveys and gathers charges on customs, postage-due, and cash on delivery mail matter. Conveys and gets receipts for enlisted and certain guaranteed mail. Finishes paperwork for such matter, aside from guaranteed mail, at the mail center prior to starting course and records for it upon return by installments of the sums gathered and conveyance of receipts taken.

7. Stores in the mail center mail gathered on the course after getting back from the course.

8. Checks, and revises if important, mailing cards from publicists bearing names and addresses of clients or previous clients on the course.

9. Outfits clients with postal data and gives change of address cards and other postal structures on a case by case basis.

10. Reports to boss every strange episode or conditions connecting with mail conveyance, including state of road letter boxes and unified conveyance gear.

11. Becomes capable, when relegated to a course, in the packaging of mail on different courses as doled out.

12. Works expertly with different representatives in the workplace.
