Key Responsibilities:
Ensure environment, health and safety at workplace with zero harm, zero discharge and zero waste
Manage and handle HT & LT (Power & Transformer), PCC, MCC , SOFT STARTER, VVF DRIVE & Weighing system in Lime & Dolo and SMS plant
Break down & shutdown planning, planning of the equipment to identify and resolve electrical issues.
Ensuring right quality of Maintenance activities and Analysis. Spares Planning and availability
To evaluate failures by doing root cause analysis and corrective measure development.
To initiate improvement projects for efficient equipment functioning
To ensure optimize use of resources and manpower planning.
To ensure HSE compliances at workplace
coordination with the critical suppliers for the smooth operation of the plant
Implementation of Lock out /Tag out, VSS & VSAP with coordination of the concerns.
