Planning the truck loads basis the stock and fund availability condition.
Alignment with customers and transporter for placement of vehicles.
Expediting truck placement
Coordinating with the loading team at plant to ensure timely loading.
Monitoring the cargos till the time they reach the customers.
Should monitor and coordinate with transporters to avoid / resolve material shortage cases if any.
