Nickelodeon is a fast paced department with a high turnover of short-form work. The department is responsible for creative output ranging from promos, social, brand development through to high profile multiplatform 360 marketing campaigns for show launches and Events, supporting all of our Nickelodeon channels
A vital role within the Creative team, you will report into and work closely with Director of Production, as well as with the rest of the production team to ensure the smooth running day to day projects and campaigns as needed. You will collaborate and motivate teams across projects, whilst keeping a keen eye on detail and budgets and schedules

What will you be doing?
Finance
Lead budgets for department including shoot, projects and campaigns with final responsibility for all reporting
Prepare cost estimates for new projects and campaigns.
Report spend to Director of Production
Track freelance costs and flag likely overspends to Director of Production
Adhere to company guidelines regarding production spend, expenses and T&E.
Complete and handle international re charges of budgets
Complete monthly department budget reconciliation, working closely with Director of Production to manage the yearly spend, and complete the year end reconciliation.

Production Management
Managing any makelist changes and implementing changes across all production systems and communicating changes to appropriate team members
Liaise with marketing, media planning and ops teams to ensure smooth delivery of off-air content as required for 360 campaigns and day to day projects
Recruit & source freelance teams where necessary
Manage post-production bookings and Clearcast delivery processes, off-air delivery with support as needed.
Ensure timeframes for creation and delivery are realistic and communicated across wider business
Ensure all deliveries are timely and on budget, while adhering to creative ideals.
Knowledge of crew rates and overtime policies.
Knowledge of both shoot and post-production technologies and advise team on best use for creative execution
Managing shoots and Events from pre-production all the way through to Post
Managing junior members of the production team and guiding them through our processes
Build relationships with external agencies to aid in buyout and rate negotiations for projects
Legal & Business Affairs
Keeping track that creatives are sharing all their promos and shoot scripts with compliance
Liaise with the legal, HR and finance departments for all contracts, NDA’s, vendor selection, capex, payments, and implement new company policies effectively into the daily work routine e.g. freelancer employment guidelines, expenses and T&E, v/o contract negotiations, be aware of changes to accounts payable processes.
Awareness of contracts, negotiations and legal issues
Solving any payment issues with vendors and contacting the correct teams to get to the bottom of each
