You will play a crucial role in the customer journey in this position, providing information to potential customers and assisting current customers with policy changes and claim inquiries.

If you join our Contact Center, you’ll be handling a lot of phone calls and emails and supporting other departments as needed.

Help Pet Parents understand coverage and options, review claims, and maintain and adjust new and existing policies. Collaborate with team members to ensure a supportive and efficient work environment by sharing knowledge and resources. Handle emotionally challenging, intense, and stressful situations with grace and resilience. Cast members at Disney are taught that you must keep personal feelings “backstage” and bring your best forward.

Qualifications: Prior experience working in the healthcare, pet, or other insurance industries; Resilience mentally and emotionally; ability to handle difficult customer interactions with patience and professionalism Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, including empathy and the capacity to build rapport with customers. Adaptability and the capacity to multitask in a fast-paced and demanding environment Experience working in a customer service role, preferably in a call center setting A genuine desire to make a positive impact on the experiences of customers and assist them in finding solutions to their concerns This shift for this position is M-F from 11:30 a.m. to 8:00 p.m. EST and The duration of the training, which will last for six weeks, will be specified before the hired class begins. In addition to monthly incentives, the annual salary for this position is $40,000. This position is likewise additional time qualified.
