We are looking for Registered Nurses (RNs) to join our team at Glenbridge Health & Rehabilitation! We’re looking for candidates with compassion and a commitment to making our residents’ lives safer and more comfortable.

Should hold an ongoing unrestricted permit to rehearse as an Enlisted Medical caretaker (RN).

Whenever authorized in another state, should can rehearse in North Carolina.

Get a report from the relieved nurse and keep enough information about how the medication is given so that you can make the right changes to the prescriptions.

Utilize the Electronic Medication Administration Record to accurately and promptly administer medications.

Keep an eye on residents to see if their drug therapy is working and if they get any side effects.

Document resident care, including medication administration, monitoring, drug therapy effectiveness, and adverse effects.

Tell doctor of changes in occupants’ condition, weight, prescription mistakes, medicine not accessible, strange lab/X-beam results and some other surprising perceptions.

Follow up on physician notifications in accordance with facility policy.

Complete and report thorough evaluations of inhabitants needs connected with drug organization as allocated.

Recognize occupant issues and crisis circumstance and start crisis care and “life-saving” measures without a doctor.
