Our team of Customer Solutions Specialists (CSSs) is looking for dedicated candidates who are focused on the needs of customers. This team responds to inbound calls from members who require roadside assistance (such as a tire change, jump start, or a tow), selects and dispatches a service provider, and provides follow-up and customer service. You’ll get all the tools you need to succeed thanks to our revolutionary technology, which takes the guesswork out of the process.
