As the Marketing Manager, you will play a pivotal role in developing and executing marketing strategies to elevate our brand presence and drive growth.
Your primary focus will be on content creation, but you’ll also be responsible for email marketing, social media management, outreach, partnership, events general marketing initiatives, and CRM software utilization.

Responsibilities:
Develop and implement comprehensive content strategies aligned with marketing objectives to attract and engage target audiences across various channels.
Create high-quality, engaging content including blog posts, articles, social media posts, videos, infographics, and more.
Manage and optimize email marketing campaigns to nurture leads, drive conversions, and increase customer retention.
Oversee social media platforms, content creation (videography and photography skills required) developing content calendars, and executing campaigns to enhance brand visibility and engagement.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and consistency of messaging across all marketing channels.
Utilize CRM software to segment audiences, track campaign performance, and analyze data to inform decision-making.
Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies to continuously improve marketing efforts.
Manage our SEO/PPC employee and ensure everything is kept up to date.
Workshare Social Media Manager Jobs
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.
3+ years experience in a Marketing Manager (or very similar) role with a focus on content creation.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a keen eye for detail.
Strong understanding of email marketing, social media management, and general marketing principles.
Proficiency in CRM software (e.g. ActiveCampaign, Hubspot) and marketing automation tools.
Creative thinker with the ability to generate innovative ideas and solutions.
Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and draw actionable insights.
Exceptional organizational and project management skills with the ability to multitask and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
